What changes after the rollout?

In most companies AI use is an individual experiment. We turn it into a system.

Today

  • Everyone experiments with their own account, company data ends up in unknown places.
  • The same quote, report or email is written from scratch every time.
  • Nobody knows what AI may be used for and what it may not.
  • The result depends on how skilled the person asking is, not on what the company knows.

After the rollout

  • One company Claude environment with managed accounts, following your data handling rules.
  • Ready-made assistants for recurring tasks: one click, done in the company style.
  • Written usage rules that everyone receives.
  • Claude knows your documents, templates and processes.

Invoicing and accounting

Who has not paid yet?

Claude works straight from your invoicing software. You ask, and the answer comes from the real invoices, not from an old export.

  • Overdue invoices by customer, with a reminder email drafted
  • An invoice or proforma prepared from details given in one sentence
  • Revenue by customer, product or period

Connects to

  • KROS Fakturácia
  • SuperFaktúra
  • POHODA
  • Money S3

You ask

Invoices more than 30 days overdue, and a reminder for each customer.

Claude does

  1. Pulled the overdue invoices
  2. Totalled them by customer
  3. Drafted the emails, waiting to be sent

Nothing goes out without your approval.

Warehouse and stock

What runs out next week?

From stock levels and movements, Claude tells you what to order before the shelf is empty.

  • Stock per warehouse, items below minimum highlighted
  • A purchase suggestion based on past consumption
  • Delivery notes and goods receipts prepared

Connects to

  • KROS Sklad
  • POHODA
  • Money S3

You ask

Which products will we run out of within two weeks?

Claude does

  1. Checked stock and the movements of recent months
  2. Estimated the expected consumption
  3. Built the purchase suggestion as a spreadsheet

Finance · connected bank account

How much will be in the account at month end?

Claude sees the bank movements together with the open invoices, so cash flow can be calculated ahead.

  • Incoming payments matched to the invoices issued
  • A cash flow forecast from open invoices and recurring costs
  • Unusual items or invoices paid twice flagged

Connects to

  • Tatra banka
  • Slovenská sporiteľňa
  • VÚB
  • ČSOB

You ask

What will the balance be at month end if everyone pays on time?

Claude does

  1. Fetched the balance and the movements
  2. Added open invoices and fixed costs
  3. Produced a day-by-day forecast

CRM · customers and sales

Which of our quotes has been stuck for two weeks?

Claude sees customers, quotes and past emails in the CRM, so it knows who is waiting for what.

  • Stalled quotes listed, with a follow-up email drafted
  • A new lead recorded from an incoming email or form
  • A weekly sales summary for the managing director

Connects to

  • HubSpot
  • Pipedrive
  • Salesforce
  • Zoho CRM
  • Raynet CRM

You ask

Which quotes has the customer not answered for two weeks?

Claude does

  1. Went through the open quotes in the CRM
  2. Checked the last email on each one
  3. Drafted the follow-ups, waiting for approval

Reports · income and expenses

The monthly figures in your inbox on Monday morning

The income and expense report is no longer manual spreadsheet work. Claude puts it together and sends it on schedule.

  • Income and expenses per month, by category, compared with the previous period
  • Excel or PDF in your company format, ready for the accountant too
  • Scheduled email to the managing director

Using different invoicing or business software? If its data can be reached, Claude can reach it too. We check this in the free assessment.

Other apps

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • Shoptet
  • Asana
  • Trello
  • Slack

You ask

The September income and expense report for the accountant.

Claude does

  1. Collected issued and received invoices
  2. Grouped them by category and compared with August
  3. Excel attached, the email is waiting for approval

Several AI agents, each on its own job

One assistant does not do everything. Each step has its own agent with its own permissions, and they hand the work on to each other.

An invoice arrives by email

  1. 1

    Mailbox agent

Takes the invoice out of the email and reads its data

  2. 2

    Accounting agent

Records it in the invoicing software and matches it to the order

  3. 3

    Finance agent

Checks the payment on the bank account and flags any difference

  4. 4

    Reporting agent

Sends the managing director a summary on Monday

Your data stays in your hands

We expect the same from AI as from any other company system.

  • A business plan, not a free account

Under business terms the AI does not learn from your company data, and you administer the accounts.

  • Permissions do not change

In Claude an employee sees only what they could see before. A background agent gets access only to its own task. You can revoke any of it at any time.

  • Fits your existing Google environment

Claude is also available on Google Cloud, so background processing stays in your own cloud project, next to Workspace.

Our Google certifications

How do we start?

Three steps, the first one free.

1

Assessment, 30 minutes

We discuss where your team loses time and where it pays to start.

2

Written proposal

Scope, price and deadline, in writing. You know in advance what you pay for.

3

Rollout and handover

We set up, document, and follow up for 30 days.

Included in every rollout

So no questions remain after the rollout.

  • Written scope and handover criteria
  • Data handling settings according to your company rules
  • Short, clear documentation for the team
  • 30 day follow-up after handover
  • Support in Slovak and Hungarian

The price has three parts: a setup fee for the configuration and the connections, a pre-purchased hour allowance for fine-tuning, and optional monthly operation (updates, monitoring, a monthly usage report). Your company pays the subscription directly, we invoice the work.

Frequently asked questions

What business owners ask first.

How much does it cost?

There is no fixed price, because part of AI work only gets done by trying. What we know in advance (accounts, setup) is invoiced as a setup fee. What is trial and error (the assistant does not yet answer the way it should) runs from a pre-purchased hour allowance, with a weekly report on usage. Your company pays the Claude subscription directly.

How long does the rollout take?

It depends on the scope and on how many systems we connect. After the free assessment we state it precisely in the written proposal.

Is our company data safe?

On a business plan the AI does not learn from your company data, the accounts are administered by your company and access can be revoked at any time. Background processing is built in your own Google Cloud environment, so the data stays there. Data handling setup is part of every rollout.

Do we need Google Workspace for this?

It is not a requirement. The Claude rollout and the connections work in any environment. Where your company already uses Google Workspace, sign-in and connecting company data are simpler, and background processing goes into your existing cloud project.

Why Claude and not another AI?

It reads long contracts and documents in one go, writes measured business text, and its business terms are clear. Where another tool fits a task better, we say so. The goal is a working process, not a brand.
